Is there a fee for trying the TrueMeasure process?

If you initiate TrueMeasure from one of our store locations, a $50 consultation fee will apply; however, as long as you order within 30 days, this fee will be applied to your initial swimsuit purchase.

What is the cost?

The Lori Coulter® swimwear experience begins at $225 and includes body scan, fit and design consultation, swimwear and a confidence boost. Lori Coulter clients choose from over 1 million style and accessory options to create a high-fashion suit that fits. Additional costs relate to swim dress and coordinating cover-up styles.

What if my garment doesn’t fit or if I don’t like it?

Lori Coulter guarantees the fit of our garments. When your suit is delivered to the store, a TrueConsultant will contact you to schedule a fitting. If you are unsatisfied with the fit of the garment for any reason, we will remake any unworn garment without any hassles. Is the body scan process difficult or intimidating?

No, throughout the TrueMeasure customers are treated to the highest level of service and discretion. Women may have some initial anxiety about having their measurements taken by the TrueTailor digital body scanner; however, after going through the process, our clients often comment on how quick, easy and private the process really is.

Is the body scanner safe?

Our scanner is not invasive and is safer than the average street light. We use the [TC]2 3D Body Scanner which employs light technology and avoids touching the human body. Light-based technology, similar to a camera flash, creates a 3D profile of your body, and is completely safe.

Do I have to get undressed to have my measurements taken?

No, you will wear your own light-colored panties and bra. A robe is provided for your convenience. The measurement process takes less than a minute and is very simple and completely private.

Do you offer maternity or mastectomy swimwear?

We plan to offer special needs swimwear within the next few seasons. If you are interested in maternity or mastectomy swimwear, please send an email to customerservice@loricoulter.com, and we will contact you as soon as the offering becomes available.
